EXERCÍCIOS IMPORTANTES PARA QUEM CANTA

Todos que cantam precisam cuidar para cantarem melhor, por isso mesmo existem vários exercícios, nós passaremos alguns que irão fazer com que as pessoas consigam cantar melhor.
Abaixo teremos alguns exercícios simples e que com certeza darão ótimos resultados.

·         Exercício do Sorriso


Sorria para o mundo! Em círculos, movimente, vigorosamente, as suas mãos, braços, pernas e pés. Permita-se alguns segundos de relaxamento entre cada rotação. Mas continue sorrindo. Você pode fazer este exercício em pé, sentado ou deitado.


Exercício para a respiração completa


Inspire pelo nariz o mais demoradamente possível e expire todo o ar também devagar e silenciosamente. Quando sentir que o ar está acabando então tussa, mostre que ainda existe ar.
Conforme você respira, silenciosamente, pelo nariz, você, gradativamente, torna-se ereto. Estenda os braços como asas, erguendo-as calma e suavemente, até equilibra-los horizontalmente.

·         Exercício para a liberação de Voz


  • Exercício 1:


Sente-se de cócoras, dobre e recurve o seu corpo em um nó, teso e compacto, de braços e pernas; Agora procure segurar a sua respiração.
Fale a palavra "UGH" e segure por um tempo.
Descanse por um minuto. Repita o exercício por até dez vezes.

  • Exercício 2:


1) Inspire (armazenando o ar na região abdominal) até que a barriga esteja repleta de ar.
2) Agora solte o ar aos pouco utilizando o som:
Prrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......
Observe que neste exercício a língua deve vibrar bastante!!!!
Repita esse exercício por uns 10 minutos.
Use outras palavras como por exemplo:
Trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

  • Exercício3:


Agora iremos continuar com os exercícios anteriores, só que acrescentando algumas vocais, por exemplo:
rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrÁ!!!!

Talvez o principal exercício seja o da disciplina, pois só munido dela é que possível repetir esses exercícios até conseguir obter resultados melhores.
